I came across James when I joined a gym to lose weight after a foot operation. I had put on a lot of weight and decided it was time to change. James gave me a full wellness assessment and explained everything to me in detail so I felt confident with the process. I started on a Herbalife program to start with, which fit in perfectly with my job, as I am always on the road and travelling. Just within a few days I had more energy and started feeling better and a lot more focused at work.
We then looked at an exercise routine I could do in the gym and gradually built it up as I got fitter & stronger. I now train 5-6 days a week and love every minute of it, I feel better than I ever have before, am playing better rugby than I ever have and have lost a total of 4 ½ stone in body weight and dropped my internal body fat by half!
