"I have been going to the gym for about 5 years and managed to keep a reasonable level of fitness. In January 2012 I thought it was about time to push myself and decided to enter a half marathon at the end of March. With the marathon in mind I decided to seek some training advise from JP Personal Training.
I have seen James once a month for the last 4 months and together with some proper direction for my training coupled with some excellent nutrition advise, I managed to do the half marathon in a decent time and my level of fitness has improved immensely.
