We are three ladies of a certain age who decided to share a Personal trainer. We wanted different things, loose weight, maintain existing weight but all wanted to improve fitness especially upper body strength which seems easy to loose these days. Suppose we are not picking up little children just as often. James was great in assessing our needs and devising a suitable programme and more especially keeping us on track. James has been very good fitting us in to his schedule and designing workouts for us to do in between training sessions. We have attended 2 Boot camps and learnt a lot about exercise, lifestyle, diet etc. We hope to continue to make these improvements with James supervision.
