By now you should know that we offer personal training, but did you know we offer lots of different options how and where to train?
1 to 1 Personal Training
This is what everyone believes personal training is, although that's true, it's not the only way to do it. As it is only you training the main focus is on you and your goals, as everyone is different. This is the best choice if you have very specific goals or medical conditions so we can focus on these.
1 to 2 Personal Training
This is for people who prefer to train with a friend or family member with similar fitness goals. Not as personal as above, although training partners motivate each other between sessions, you also pay less!!
This service is for 3+ people, great for a group of friends or work colleagues that have similar fitness goals. The more people the cheaper it becomes!
You may fancy having your very own private fitness class in your back garden or park, run by a fully qualified personal trainer!
"On-Line" Personal Trainer
If you prefer then I can email you exercise programmes, each one tailor made individually for you. Unlike large companies, I am a real person and available by phone or by e-mail if you have difficulties with the program or have any questions.
I recommend changing programs every 4 - 6 weeks, dependent on your goals and fitness levels. This will be decided during your online consultation form.
