FAQ'S

Why Choose Personal Training?
Personal Training is more popular now than ever before, as people are realising how much quicker and more effectively they can achieve their desired results. A personal trainer is a motivational specialist who will not only tell you what to do, but educate you how to live a healthier and more active lifestyle.

What Is A Consultation?
The consultation is simply an informal chat where we will find out more about your health and fitness history, eating habits and general lifestyle. This will help me set your goals, targets and design an exercise program for you. It also gives you a chance to get to know me!

I Only Have A Small Flat, How Much Room Do I Need For A Really Good Session?
If you can lie down with your arms out wide, then you have enough room for a good personal training session. If the weather is good we can always train outside in your garden or a local park, exercise can be done anywhere.

What Should I Wear?
This is dependent where your session is and what you will be doing. Generally you should wear comfortable clothing and footwear that support your ankles (preferably trainers, especially if running). All these details will be covered in your consultation.

How and When Do I Pay?
You may pay by cash or cheque before the session takes place.

Can I Train If I Have Medical Problems?
I am a Level 3 qualified 'exercise referral program consultant', which means I specialise in health problems which exercise can benefit. This is especially the case for; asthma, arthritis, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, diabetes and hundreds more.

When Should I Start To See Results?
Dependent on what your goals are, you should start to see results in about 10 - 12 weeks.
